Privacy policy

Who we are

Resize is a product of Surg Solutions s.r.o., the controller of the data described below.

What we collect

Three things, and nothing else.

• The early-access form. Your work email address, your agency name, and the rough number of banners you adapt each month. You type these yourself; we use them to contact you about early access and to size the pilot. Submissions are handled by a third-party form service on our behalf.
• Your account. If you register with a partner code: your work email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your agency name, the partner code you used and the partner it belongs to, and your credit ledger — every credit granted, spent or refunded, with the run it paid for. Accounts we create for you by hand hold the same, minus the code. We use the partner attribution to pay our partners; it is not shared beyond that.
• Site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page views, referrers and country — no names, no email addresses, no cross-site identifiers.
• What you put through the product. If you are onboarded to the early-access pilot, the banners you upload and the formats we generate from them are stored on our server so you can download them and so a run can be re-opened. Each pilot has their own login, so a run is attributed to the account that made it.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

Who else processes it

Generating a banner means sending it to AI providers. They process your image and its copy on our instruction in order to return a result:

• Anthropic — reads the banner's copy, decides the layout, and judges the output.
• OpenRouter, which routes image work to Google — removes the source text and extends the background.

Our hosting provider and the form service named above also hold this data in the ordinary course of running the site. We do not send your material anywhere else.

How long we keep it

• Early-access enquiries: until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the pilot programme and no longer need them.
• Uploads and generated formats: only a limited number of the most recent runs is retained on the server; older runs are removed automatically. Ask and we will delete yours immediately.
• Analytics: aggregate only, and never tied back to you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Email hello@resize-banner.com and we will act on it — deletion requests are honoured without argument and without asking why. You also have the right to complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

Changes

When this page changes we will update the version and date at the top. Material changes affecting early-access users will be emailed, not just posted.
