Terms of service

⚠Version 1, pending legal review. This page is written to be accurate about how early access actually works, not to be a finished contract. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Pilot customers get these terms in writing before they are charged anything.

Who you are contracting with

What early access is

Resize is in hand-run early access. We onboard a small number of agencies at a time, we set up your account personally, and we are still changing the product week to week. That means: no uptime guarantee, no service-level agreement, and features may change or be withdrawn. If that is not workable for you, wait for general availability.

Credits and payment

• One credit buys one source banner recomposed into the format catalogue, with the editable SVG, PDF and PNG for each size.
• Re-laying-out a format you are not happy with does not cost another credit.
• Your first banner is free. No card is required to try it.
• All prices shown on this site exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable.
• Credits are bought in advance and do not expire during early access. If you leave and have unused credits, email us — we would rather refund you than argue about it.

Your material and your files

• You keep everything. Your source banners stay yours, and the formats we generate are yours to use however you like, including commercially. We claim no licence to them beyond what is needed to run the service for you and to store your files so you can download them.
• You must have the rights to what you upload. Brand assets, photography, fonts and copy in the banners you put through Resize are your responsibility. Do not upload material you are not licensed to use.
• We do not use your material to train models, and we do not show it to anyone else.

What the AI does, and what you should check

Resize removes the text from your banner with an image model, extends the background, and redraws your copy, call to action and logo as real layers. It is automated, an automatic quality check scores every format, and it still gets things wrong. Review every format before you publish it. We do not warrant that an output is free of artefacts, that it complies with any platform's ad specifications, or that it clears anyone's trademark or copyright.

Acceptable use

Do not use Resize for material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that impersonates a brand you do not represent. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided as-is during early access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law.

Ending it

You can stop using Resize at any time and ask us to delete your account and files; see the privacy policy. We can end early access for an account with reasonable notice, and will refund unused credits if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

When these terms change we will update the version and date at the top, and email early-access customers about anything material.
